- Social Activities Coordinator
- In consultation with pastoral staff, researches, recommends, and organizes events inclusive of various age groups, such as special dinners, local and foreign tours, trips to Broadway Theatre, historical locations.
- Assistants to the Coordinator
- Assist in preparation for events: mailings, promotion/publicity, attend to details.
- Clerical Assistants
- Assist with general clerical tasks, preparation of large mailings, multiple copying and collating; time schedule is flexible, work is done on site.
- Data Entry Assistants
- Would assist onsite, with computer projects: data entry, label & postcard printing, parish database etc.
- Sunday Morning Café/Fellowship
- Takes place Sundays, Sept.-May, following the 10:30 AM liturgy. It fosters & sustains interaction, companionship, & conversation among the community. This Ministry requires a Coordinator as well as Rotating Team that are responsible for: refreshment pickup, making coffee, preparing serving table, and cleanup (three times yearly).
- Hospitality Team
- Prepares, serves & cleans up after scheduled, liturgy-related special receptions, including special occasions, Confirmation, & First Eucharist. (4 times per year)
- Parish Picnic
- Requires volunteers to set up, clean up, cook, or bake for this annual, pre summer parish event which takes place the end of May.
- Collection Counting Teams
- Count and prepare for deposit all collections, usually counted following the 10:30 AM Liturgy, occasionally counted on the day following holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s & Father’s Day, Easter, etc.
